ALGECO – The Brand
Please note that ALGECO is a registered trademark and is protected accordingly. The use of the ALGECO brand name by unauthorised third parties is therefore prohibited. The use of our ALGECO brand name as a generic term is also strictly prohibited, as misuse of the name could damage our company’s reputation.
We have expressly requested that the word ALGECO be removed from dictionaries, as such use could result in the loss of trademark protection. We will vigorously defend these rights.
Our company reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any unauthorised use that could harm the company.
Furthermore, any generic or disparaging use of the name is unlawful, particularly as ALGECO is the European market leader in modular space solutions and offers a broad range of temporary and permanent solutions, including schools, offices, event facilities, construction-site accommodation and sanitary facilities. Our company is recognised for the quality of its products and its expertise.
To avoid confusion and/or complications, we expressly reiterate that the ALGECO brand name may only be used in connection with our products and services.
